Heres a little somethin i came up with the other day

Facts: The state of California has one of the highest import car enthusiast population densities per capita in the United States. As far as I am concerned it is the birthplace of modifying Hondas in the United States. It is also one of the most prohibitive states to having a modified Japanese car in the nation.

Many of the modifications that do not actually affect air quality or safety are illegal here (such as intakes requiring carb numbers) Of the modifications that are permitted, laws such as the 22” center of headlight to ground law are most likely based solely off a stock height 5th generation Honda civic, being as this was one of the most popular Hondas to modify back in the day when modified Honda became popular.

There are 4th amendment rights violations going on in California. The California Highway Patrol is instructing officers to follow and track gathering spots in otherwise legal public forums (such as parking lots) Many Californians have been victim of this. This is called "profiling." It is in violation of our fourth amendment rights. Further, there's evidence that they are targeting modified Japanese cars, The city of San Diego’s dragnet checkpoints are an example of this. They do this while ignoring other violations (speeding, modified American cars, etc). This also is in violation. They are not equally applying and enforcing their laws.

Furthermore, there is a loophole in California state law that allows them to pop the hood for a “safety inspection” even though the constitution also protects us from unreasonable search and seizure. I feel like I live in the Deep South in the 1940s before the Civil Rights Movement. There were many people who did not want Rosa Parks riding on their bus but thankfully there were laws in this country granting her equal rights. Guess what folks - the laws are there to protect us to.

only got pulled over 2times in my life, and it happened 5mins apart from eachother! lol was going 47 in a 35 i tried getting out of that one by saying my cluster is a lil off and I need to adjust it( just installed a usdm itr) got a ticket for that one, than while i was looking over the ticket and driving(not smart ideal) I got pulled over 2nd time cuz ran threw flashing red light.. but got out of that one by saying i just got a ticket.. lol

best part of it all was one of my girl friends from TI flew in 2 hangout the weekend, and she was there for my first ticket...haha
