I have those, and just a heads up mine scatter light like crazy. I don't think there is a way to fix it so it kinda stinks. I could be wrong though let me know if I am!
The only way to fix it is to retrofit a projector housing into the headlight.
There is a set of headlights out there for the G2 that looks very similar to that black housing unit but has a projector for the headlight and fog light, it's just a little more difficult to find than the chrome or black xenon housing headlights.
TO answer the OPs question dude its simply. its like putting in a reglar headlight bulb and there should be a converter that connects straight into your main headlight plug. so instead of plugging it straight into the bulb plug it into the converter that is provided. and all the other wires can only go in and out one way. simple stuff
