How often should the PCV valve be changed?

This guy that i know says that the PCV vaulve should be replaced every 6 months, that sounds kind of out ragous. Is that true?? And how hard is it to replace?

what motor you changing it on? Its easy as balls on B18B's

well now...
doesn't sounds to crazy to me but i would go by miles not time, maybe every 25,000 miles? they aren't that expensive either from what i understand

No they dont cost alot like under 5 bucks I think,
