How much of a drop

How much of a drop do you guys think I should go for? I don't want to slam the car just a clean nice drop.

the only ones i've owned are skunk2 c/o's and ground control c/o's. never done just a regular drop spring

Lowered suspension is very hard on axles. if you get a boost in hp expect to break them. im lowered 1.5 inches with tokico shocks and springs. i boosted my car, and my axles broke pretty bad. lowered cars and increase hp break axles faster together.
