Haha. Wow you really missed my point. I said it lowered temps, you obviously have shown that.
My statement, for those that cant grasp it clearly, is that "I SEE NO BENEFIT BY DOING THIS ON A DAILY DRIVER." What are you going to get, a itty bitty amount of faster throttle response, a .5 MPG more?
If you think 15* difference is worth it to you to do this, be my guest. But it wont provide a significant or noticeable change to the driver.
Also, realize this was done on a Miata...

...By Earth-shattering amounts? No. But temps did drop an average of 13.5 degrees Fahrenheit all around, especially during stop-and-go traffic and highway driving. Also important to note is the placement of the Miata's intake: right near the header
See the proximity of the header to the intake? Ours is much further away, and actually has the air coming in from the front directly at it. It is not sitting in the ambient air in the back of the bay. There will be MUCH DIFFERENT results from an Integra, especially is the owner is using a CAI, with completely changed the location of the intake compared to a SRI or the intake in that Miata.
Throwing up pictures doesn't always help the case. Its the research relative to, and backing up, the pictures that's important.
