you know how there are so many ITR's and even GSR's getting smashed? if there are so many over there then they should lower prices on engines. seriously Honda engines are by far the most over-priced engines in the U.S.KaosTheory said:what they do alotta the time is take the motor and tranny out and ship them to the U.S. and sell them,
I got my 95 GS-R motor that way, $3,400 for motor and tranny, with 30,000 miles, which is alot better then my B-17 which had recently blown due to the bottle with 165,500 some thing odd miles.
I think youd have tos end a letter to the japanese departement of motor vehicles or to a japanese dealer who is getting rid of his "old" cars....slikk said:lets write a letter to honda japan a and ask them if they can give the "junk" to club integra .
In the post it explains that Japan adds taxes to older cars to incourage buying a new car. Basicly the older cars dont have up to date emission equipment so they want to get rid of them. So people turn them in when they buy a new car and then they just sit. Then they get sent to a junk yard and get striped for parts.inline4four said:you know how there are so many ITR's and even GSR's getting smashed?
