Higher muffler=lower car?

Seriously? People make skid plates on their exhaust manifolds to prevent scratches or light dents... Same concepts applies to making a skid plate for a muffler :roll:.

to add they actually make skid plates for a/ header :thumbs up

Lol. Im liking the plate Idea. I shoulda mentioned that is the middle part that gets scraped, right behind the cat. I think I might get a metal plate and bolt her on up.

yea the skid plate does seem like a good idea...never seen one for a muffler...but have seen plenty for the header and it does save it from getting wrecked

They have a stock plate(more like a metal bar) for the exhaust manifold right? I think I still have it, I took it off when I put in my new motor. Its four bolts. I need to put that sucker back on!
