HID question???

So i got some HID's for my 98 LS they are 15K's i installed them thinking i was going to have a better visibility but instead it got worse. How can i fix this i want them to be bright and actually project instead of it just having a glare any tips?

lower the temp brighter the color. get some 5000-6000K

well there's your problem. you probably got 15K due to the color am i correct? higher doesnt necessarily mean brighter. you actually lose visibility after about 10K. 10K being about 2x the light output of regular halogen bulbs. 4300 - 4500 has the brightest of all.

you could get projectors but i dont see how that would make that big of a difference with that color temperature. best bet would be to get lower in Kelvins.

stock integra lenses are just fine.

you can adjust the cutoff accordingly. if your lense are oxidized or building up residue you can take a step in cleaning them. in all honesty, youre working with too high of Kelvins.

if that is your integra in your avatar you have projectors. adequate projectors you need to lower your kelvins

im running 5000K which is pure white and i love them but 6000K is what most people go with.

35 watt or 55watt?
