I say don't paint the trim on the side black, either paint them to match or shave them (I say shave) I think they will stand out really bad on the car

Not much of update, got the headlights all wired up. Also got the hood release cable worked out, I didn't go with a DA cable yet, just worked with what I had(works just fine for now.

This is my first major one, its going quite nicely so far!! I really like these wheels to, the first set I am really satisfied with.

Good luck with it. Just remember not to spray the portions of the bumper that are supposed to be black.

I think I am going to try the black first, see how it turns out, just try something different. If it looks bad, I will just paint them to match.

Well, I have sanded everything, this week has gone slow as for working on the car, been doing other things.

But here are some pics of everything put back on, the front needs a little tweaking to get perfectly lined up, but its on and I like it so far.

I am not exactly sure why they are on all the time, its only when my lights are on, obviously. I just used the usdm blinkers, made to fit in the slot. Might look into it later, not completely worried about it right now.

Trust me you are not the first to say this.

After its all said and done, I might switch it out for some black.

Now this is my first attempt of body work, bondo work and such. I have a friend helping me out as well, but still my first time. So bear with me on the work being done.

Also today, straightened out the front end some more, lines up way better, but still some slight tweaking to do, still kinda out of line from a previous wreck or whatever.

Thanks a lot. Yes putting a lot of work into it for sure. I want to keep this car for a very long time. Or else I wouldn't be doing this.

NO I am deleting it all together, welding a piece of metal underneath and bondo over it, all gone. Also deleted the rear wiper. Also deleting the passanger side mirror as well. Probably delete a bunch of other stuff along the way.
