help...weird whining/ supercharger like noise

You guys need input shaft bearings or mainshaft bearings, or both. They are not that bad to do once you get the trans out

could it be a belt? or even Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) ? There's a whining sound sometimes when I have my radio on without music

Pop the hood, turn the car on, walk to the engine bay, play with the throttle.

Being inside of the bay while you increase the RPMs will help you locate the sound.

just got the tranny out, was a bitch as expected, but its out, def the counter shaft bearing, thanks for all help guys, i keep you posted if anything changes
