I'm going to agree with the guys that said Heater Core. Now here's the real issue... You said there's oil coming from it? You need to check your dipstick to find out if your oil is milky. If you have oil in your heater core.. you're got a really bad head gasket or a cracked sleeve would be my guess.
my oils fine and im not losing any noticably. but yeah stuck my hand back their and had soom warm brown liquid on my finger but i think it could have just been dirty coolent
