Help!!! I"m Throwing A Cel!

ok so i just got my integra today
its amazing... but its throwing a cel
i have an obd2 reader and it says
catalst system efficieny below threshold...
and VTEC system malfunction

and when i was driving i notice vtec isnt kicking in til about 5500rpm and i know its supposed to 4100
if anyone knows wtf this means
any help will be great

What does that mean?

Basically this means that the oxygen sensor downstream (after) the catalytic converter on bank 1 is detecting that the converter is not working as efficiently as it should be (according to specs). It is part of the vehicle emissions system.

so its just an o2 sensor
but i hope that fixs the vtec... =/

no idea how to do that?
i googled the vtec code too
and people said they reset there ecu and it was fine
but some people said they took it to the dealership
and they had a broken wire or some shit
and had to pay like 130 to get it fixed?

k after i do that should i just run the obd2 reader and see if it picks up the code again?

you may have to replace the cat...all the solutions above are temporary...the cel will come back
