Help! Car bogging at 4k rpm then died and no start

bump++++... got new wires today just put them on and still nothing.. the firing order i have on is..



bottom left of dizzy cap 1,top left 3,top right 4,bottom right 2, and then going across starting from driver side 1234 so

1 2 4 3 2 1



please correct me if im wrong because car wil not start now.. i rechecked the dizzy cap and button,and plugs.. could it bad bad coil now or ICM? someone... ANYONE..??

the gist of it was.. stop blowing money on shit that cant be your problem and test/replace your TPS. Its bad... like 95% sure that its bad... you have lost nothing by testing it and you are slapping us in the face by coming back with more shit you tried when we told you the problem to begin with and how to fix it.

well im just trying the process of elimination and i could use a tune up either way sorry if ive affended you in some way with my questions.. the tps is next on my list once i figure out if i fried the coil or not going to test it tommorow i just went and picked up a multimeter tonight i was just trying to get some insight on this issue.. thanks

we all live and learn man.. questions dont offend. repeated questions without trying suggested solutions offend.


You need three things (basically) to run.
1) a good spark.
2) clean air.
3) clean fuel.


the only thing that is rev dependent is the fuel and the TPS is one of the few sensors that tells the computer to give more fuel (directly).


If you did mess up the firing order those first links will set you straight. the last link is HOW to test your TPS.

alright well just to clarify i tested the TPS its FINE... and i also tested the COIL it was bad, went bought a new coil, threw it in the car fired right up .. and it actually fixed all my problems.. so im assuming the bogging/misfire and vtec stop ect.. running rich ect.was from a bad coil breaking down slowly and then finally it just went out in our rotor button change process.. is all gone away now cars running back to normal .. so thanks to everyone that helped me out, i really appreciate everyones help and support.. teggys back and running strong.. :)
