Thats helpful - then I can sell starter, alternator and distributor, plug wires... Individually. What's a decent price range for the head and for the block?

Just to double-check - it'll sit right into the tranny, no probs w my aftermarket flywheel & clutch?

Nope no issues with using your clutch/flywheel or axles. As long as you stick with the transmission you use now.

LS heads here in Ohio go anywhere from 40bucks to 100

blocks can be had for 100-300 just depends on what someone is willing to pay for it really

Will keep you posted, but for the time-being my brake is number one concern (just showed up too)
