What exactly does it mean when someone puts their hazard lights on after they have won the race pretty good? I know its a taunt but I just dont know what it means

It may be just to taunt and rub it in if they won by a large margain. They also may do it just to verify that the race is indeed over, so that when they start slowing down the person who lost doesn't do a "ricer fly-by" and try to make it look like THEY won, or to make themselves feel better.

oh, and during late night street drags the spectators cant see which car wins.
so the winner turns on the flashers so the spectators know

this is the reason people started doing it. but now some people believe it is just as ricer to "hit the hazards" when they win as a "ricer fly-by". I know that we do it because where we race is very dark and nobody can tell who wins so we hit the hazards to let them know.
