I would do h2b, that way you get the hydraulic transmission and the torque of the h22, best of both worlds.
I'm looking at it as you asking if you should go either 1.8 or 2.0 vtec vs. 2.2 vtec. When looking at it that way the answer is much easier, 2.2 vtec is the way to go. My friend had an h22 from the factory in his prelude srv and had awesome torque, he never had to rev it up like a maniac to keep up with stop and go traffic. I would imagine in your da it would pull even harder than in the prelude.
