$20 is pretty cheap, if you want it get it, not sure if the stock wingless LS has the wiring for the 3rd brake light tho. i could be wrong tho so anyone correct me if i am

I would say no, But Im sure you can just wire them with your taillights almost no problem. You'd have to run the wires kinda weird and make sure you get enough wire because you have to wire them all the way up your trunk then back down. (Up the B piller then down?) Correct me if I'm wrong?

could i just take off the light and cover up the whole is there any way i could just splice it into one of the brake lights or the one up on my window so it comes on with it,

Its a pretty simple fix here.

1) Remove your 3rd brake light, there are plugs you can order from Honda or get off eBay for $5 to go in the holes

2) Pop off the black plastic piece on the underside of the hatch lid to expose the 3rd brake light wiring.

3) Cut the 3rd brake light wiring where it comes out of the hole in the hatch.

4) Get your crimpers and butt connectors and join the 2 colored wires from the spoiler to the wiring you just cut.

$20 not bad. Should be a 40 minute job to install.

Would you have to drill any holes in the hatch to mount the wing?

Yes, each side will need 3 holes drilled. 2 are pre-marked on the other side of the hood. You'll have to also drill a hole for the wiring harness to run through on one side and on the other another hole for the support bolt.
