where does the ground circle plate connect to ? and do all the grounds go to the plate? or is it better just to replace the oem grounds and leave the ground point the same? and does anybody have a pic of this installed?

circle goes near batt. then a wire from the circle goes to batt (-). and all the grounds meet at the circle

how would the battery give a better grounding point then the chasi? and wouldnt the ground wires look dumb with all of them relocated? what would u do? relocate or replace?
