damn im soo pissed. i took my car into big o tires to get alignment and install rear lowering springs. WELL what they did is CUT my bolts off my rear control arms cuz they were rusted. They grinded them off without my permission and dindt even align or lower my car. so i tried to do it myself and realized i couldnt because the bolts are completely off and they destroyed my shock. i cant even get an alignment. the only thing holding my control arms to my shocks n stuff is a little strip of metal with no nut or bolt on either end cuz they ONCE again cut it without my consent. what should i do??? ask them to get me new shocks n bolts?

Hey bro I dont know how it is where you are but I think its everywhere but go in there with your paperwork if they gave you some. Explain what they did and what you consented to do. Tell them that you need them to correct everything and dont settle for anything short. Also find out the mechanic or mechanics that did the " job ". If they dont get in contact with the better buisness bureau in your area and they should be able to help you out bro. I am so sorry man but good luck.
