Turtle wax is good in the sense that if you use that it's better then not waxing at all. But for people who detail for a living or are really die hard about detailing their cars then i'd suggest Zymol or Meguiars for the fact that their waxes and sealents protect the paint better and longer then other waxes. From my experience, we've always defined a good wax as something that will protect the paint, bead water really good, and last for a long time (usually a month, some of the more expensive waxes can last up to 6 months). Waxes like turtle wax, eagle one, etc. will work but only for a short time before you have to re-wax and unless you can wax your vehicle as often as the cheaper waxes require, the oils inside the wax will evaporate and your paint will start to oxidize and fade.
lol anyways, thats my explanation on the matter, sorry for the long post i kinda got carried away.
cabezzzdb8, sorry it took me so long to reply, but to get overspray off, we use a technique called clay barring.....we get these little blocks of clay from our supplier and quickshine (the liquid wax you spray to shine your car)......you soak the area to be clay barred with the quickshine, then rub the clay over the area until the paint feels completly smooth, afterwards you just wash the area to get all the quickshine residue off and you done. As far as where to get the clay, im sure its not just any kind of clay so ask around auto parts stores or any detailing shops around your area for it.
