230 is more realistic. You might need to get more into it to make 275.
I suggest you talk to a tuner, and see what you can work out.

A full dyno tune is going to cost you anywhere from $400 up, so be sure to add that into your budget.

it depends on where you tune and how bad its off and how good the tuner is. sometimes it can be dialed in in an hour and sometimes not... so i wouldnt say plan on 400 and up, i would talk to your tuner and check around and make sure you find a tuner familar with these types of cars.. dont go to the Ford mustang dyno shop and expect him to know his shit.. all are different and all have different prefferences.

What do you mean "How bad its off" ? Your GOING to need a full dyno tune if you want to slap a turbo on the motor. It's not tuned at all for a turbo. My $400 mark was the price some reputable shops I know of charge.

But Sierra is definitely right, find someone who knows how to tune a Honda and make sure they're reputable. You don't want to blow up your motor because your tuner doesn't know what he's doing.

I'm sure you can find something closer. I'm getting mine tuned at SpeedFactory, they're going to chip and base map my ECU so I can run it and drive the car to them. You might look into something like that. (A base map is not a complete tune, it's kind of the bare minimum, so don't plan to go driving around with only a basemap.)

Wouldn't really matter anyways. I built a trailer specifically to haul my Integra lol.

i was saying that when you turbo a car there not all at a certain ooint in the tuning. some may require DRASTIC changes where some may not be as bad out of what. all depends on how much you do. catch my drift?

Haven't read through the thread a lot but read a few posts, didn't see anything about sleeves. So if your getting your engine rebuilt, get it bored and sleeved.

Yeah definitely don't drive around on a base map if you need a tune. That's just an assumption of numbers that people have come up with that will start your car.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but a light flywheel isn't recommend on turbo setups. I know a few people running like 9-12 lb exedy flywheels and it pulls hard. I assume a light flywheel will just break when you start the car. That's if your making a good amount of power that is...
Good luck to you, I'm working on a build right now also.

I see no reason to bore the engine, nor do I see any reason to sleeve it. There have been a lot of people running 600hp+ on stock sleeves, and it would cost you like two grand to bore and add sleeves when it really isn't needed.

I can't say much on the light flywheel thing. I don't really think they're all that fragile though. No clue though.

Actually I have no idea what the fuck your on about.

Integra God
lightweight flywheel is fine. i ran a fidanza 7.5lb on my fully sleeved build setup. i wouldnt recommend going that light because it makes it even harder to hook up in your lower gears and it sucks to launch on slicks. 12lb would be what i would go with. I have done the stock turbo thing and the fully built thing. Nothing wrong with a stock turbo engine, but it depends on what type of person you are. I'm the type person to really push things to limit so i blew my stock motor because i kept upping the boost. I cant own a stock turbo car, ill blow it up. I wont own a bike because ill kill myself on it.
