I've never seen gas prices hit passed $4.00 before in my life. Saw that 91 was $4.07/gal at 76 this morning. Fuckin insane! So glad I drive a GE8.

It hit past $5 in the surrounding cities in my area in 2008. Around $5.30 :shock:

It got to $4.99 here for regular back then.
I remember the cost around $130-$150 to fill some trucks.

To it off. Central, CA is small cities surrounded by roads. So a lot of milage is used up just driving city to city.

When I started driving it was 1.02-1.05. Im not that old but I can remember bitching when it hit 1.75 a gallon

Do you think the rise in gas prices are due to less demand? Maybe the overall consumption of gas in the U.S. has lessened due to hybrid vehicles and the oil companies are trying to make up for the loss of sales by raising gas prices and blaming it on oil issues? Just a thought. haha

If my math skill is not letting me down , we're paying about 9 dollars per gallon here in the Netherlands.

$1.20 per LITRE here in Southeastern Ontario.
$1.37 for 91, can't remember what 94 is.
Wednesday night all my buddies were saying gas was going up to $1.20, at the time it was still $1.10, so I filled up before midnight when they jacked the prices up.

These gas prices in PA($3.15) took me from a lifted v8 jeep getting 10 mpg and filling up 60$ EVERY WEEK, to my 93 teggy that i LOVE! Im so happy that i got it! Will never go anywhere else!!
