My only issue with the SP2 is the price. I dont really have the $600 to blow on a simple cat back. thats why im gonna go ahead with the pacesetter. it still sounds great and its half the price.

The Pacesetter is made of cheaper steel and will rust eventually. $600 is not bad for a quality unit. I paid more for my Tanabe.

Certainly not a fact that I'm going to argue. Like i say, the price is the only reason i dont use the greddy. Only because I'm not able to come up with the cash.

One piece of advise that was given to me when I got into the scene, that has never failed me, and is a very common saying here:
Gotta pay to play.

I'd save up for something good and have to wait vs getting what's less expensive and of lower quality just to have something now. I figured that out on my first two integras. Took me a year to figure out, but it paid off once the numbers and performance became more important. And boy does it show you what you paid for in the end :)

right, but this is by no means a go fast car. its more of a "all show, no go" car. so to speak.

Just a thought- if you want more power you can get a turbo. Choose appropriately and it will work out for both gas mileage and power. You will NOT get better mileage when under boost, but you can still get good mileage when not boosting, and have plenty of power to boot. My turbo starts spooling around 3,000 so if I want to retain my mileage it's very possible.

When not under boost, assuming you are fully tuned, you can retain the same mileage as if you were not boosted. Then you can hit the throttle and gain an extra hundred horsepower, or more.
