Ok. on a 90 DA LS, its bone stock cept the damn cone filter on the end of the stock tubing. it gets about 30mpg. What i want to know is, can i do something to increase the fuel mileage AND the power? Im used to messing with Mopar slant six's and this is new to me.

Well, coming originally from the mopar scene myself, I can tell you that little upgrades won't make a huge difference. My 72 duster was semi-built, 318, hooker headers, edelbrock intake manifold, cammed, short exhaust into cherry bombs that fed into another ~11/2ft of pipe that exited in front of the rear tires, fj6 sassy grassy green paint with matte black hood and roof, Holley carb, b&m slap stick shifter. That thing was bad ass, and took well to mods. These things take too much $$$ to make fast. Welcome tho

Lighter wheels
Upgraded fuel pump
better plugs and wires
replace the stock intake system for a complete intake system

Should be good then.

stock fuel pump with a stock motor is fine. a 255lph fuel pump will actually push more fuel through causing you to have higher fuel pressure. using more fuel

Steer clear of "eBay" parts, as with our mopars, they suck for Hondas too. I mainly use skunk2 products for my Hondas, arp bolts/studs are good for Hondas as well (some familiar ground for you), k&n filters our passion, dc sports makes good exhaust products for new comers, just have a look at our parts store in the tab at the top, and talk to Mitch, he's our parts guy.

That is what I was thinking. Why would you want a fuel pump that pumps more fuel into a car that doesn't really need it. lol.

I was giving options on BOTH faster and save fuel, but disregard the fuel pump and do all the others, you'll be good.

Not the actual exhaust system, but I've used a pacesetter header on my old Integra. I was satisfied with my results.

SP2 is a very good exhaust, I think you would like it alot. I heard one on a 00 Ls and it sounded really good.
