In the market for HID's - help me out

Hey guys I'm in the market for an HID kit and I've heard good and bad things on the DDM Tuning Apexcone Raptor HID kit. I was wondering for those that have it, what are your thoughts? I was thinking 35W with 6000K. Since we have separate bulbs, would I get a kit with 9005 bulbs and a kit with 9006 or do you only use your headlight with HID's and not high beam? Do I need anything else except what the kit gives me? Thanks!
Which would you recommend too, the Apexcone raptor kit or the DDM tuning kit in 35w or 55w?

Hmm well do you suggest getting two kits for low and highs or would you recommend just upgraded bulbs at 5000K. Bulbs are about the same price 30 bucks for 4 or 60 for two of those kits. Btw 6000K is exactly what i wanted. And that vid made me want a twinloop haha how you like the exhuast?

Honestly, you kinda only need 1 hid unless you want some "bling" or something to play with every so often x).
What ever you decide to get, it'll be better than what I got my kit for - $65?.

Twinloop - It's kooool. I'm trying to figure out what manifold I want. It's going to change the tone of the exhaust though :p

Oh true man. So do you think one kit at 6000K for driving lights is bright enough to the point where I won't need a kit for my highbeams? I don't need bling haha I want a proper integra. Appreciate it man. And you paid 65 for the kit? how come?

I think the 6k's are great. It's not super duper bright, but its brighter than stock.
my former "homie" didnt want to tell me where there shop was to buy ddm hids. He told me that he would get it for me because he was going there the next day. He told me it was $65. Soo I was like hmm... at least its not $100. I gave him the money and then he fetched the hids for me. A week later I found out it was actually only $55. Since then, they've gotten cheaper.

Yeah theyre now $30 dollars which is amazing for them haha. I'm pretty happy and it seems if I choose to buy em I'll go with the 6K. Are they bright enough though that I won't have a use for high beams? I feel that the fact having one HID kit and one stock lighting is weird or is that normally what everyone does since theres two different bulbs?

6000k is the best light output, anything higher or lower is just colour preference.
I'm not sure if you can adjust the stock low beam projectors, but I have aftermarket headlights and simply raised my projectors to a ridiculous level, and my brights don't even make a difference anymore.
If you're putting HIDs in your low beams, don't bother putting them in your high beams.. unless you want to waste money of course. How often do you use your high beams, anyways? Not worth it imho.

The 4300 puts out the best visibilty- yes

High beams are also aimed higher to help distribute light better.

And please make sure yo adjust your lowbeams once you install HIDs so you don't blind people.
