fog lights turn on

all my wires under my dash are messy some are exposed :( so idk tommorow ima try and connect them up to others of the same color insulation would that not be the greatest idea? and what can be the worst to happen just blow a fuse? also i have a video of my car and the whole wire situation on youtube under 91 integra eletric problem its being processed right now so give it some time but please someone help i really need help this is y first car and im getting lil upset on this whole damn situation but im still working on it..
