Fans not coming on

Ok so first ive been having a problem with my radiator fan making this noise so i been working on fixing that, no big deal there..But now this morning all of a sudden neither one of my fans are coming on, i took them out and hooked wires up to them and they come on when i touch the wires to a battery so i know its not the actual fans, so now they are not getting any power. What should be the first things to check in that situation? The relay im sure, can someone tell me where that is located, and some other things i should check

i checked all 3 fuses this morning when i first noticed it, i checked the cooling fan fuse, the condenser fan fuse, and the relay fuse, and all of them are good...Where is the relay located?

They are right near the fans bolted to the chassis unless someone moved them.

i think they are on seperate relays if i remember right
How do you know if a relay is bad or not? Just replace them and see if that fixes the problem or is there a way to test them with a digital multimeter?

well if there on seperate relays i highly doubt its that, i mean whats the chance on both relays going out at the exact same time

If its 92-93 and the relay is not the issue check the fan switch where the thermostat housing is

and if its 90-91 then its the yellow arrow, this one is behind the block, near the oil pressure sensor

Multimeter, you have to energize the relay with a 12v source.... can you read wire diagrams? spoonertuner.com they have them there
