im having almost same problem, but now te car wot star at all, it turn ver b dont start...
Ok i just bought a Integra 1992 DOHC 1.8 5 speed. the fuel pump went out so we replaced it, 3 days later in the heat of texas, the temperature went up so we replaced the thermostat, and only o see that the radiator was pretty rusty on the inside. So after installing new radiator, we drove the car 6 miles, parked and 3 hours later turn on the car and it was fine, until 2 min later it shut off. the car now does not turn on, it turns over, but doesnt run, it acts like the fuel pump if out again. we put new spark plugs, added more gas, since the strainer bag we got was a little smaller , and that still didnt help. we tested the spark plug to see if there was spark, and nothing.!!!!!

Anyone have any ideas of suggestions? is it the Main Relay, or ECU??

also the car before we got it in july, it was sitting for 13 months, due to a bad fuel pump!

Not a M0derator
sounds like main relay when the symptoms are similar to what you describe. the old solder fractures and heat will effect the joints.

Could have burned up the ignition coil too. That happens randomly like you described as well, but main relay does sound more likely. Can you hear the fuel pump at all? Check all fuses too.
