Red.Line (Sorry I don't know your real name.), thats just it. There aren't just ADULTS here, and even if you are 18+ it doesn't necessarily mean you are an adult. Not in my eyes anyways, I see some 16 year olds that are way more mature than older people. And I see some guys that are 26 and act like they're 12. Age doesn't mean much for maturity.
One of the first forums I was on was a "Family" site, so it had censorship. Obviously it's not going to hurt anyone to see a swear word, that's not the point. The point is you COULD use another word. There's no good reason you should have to swear.

Okay, so it's not all TECHNICALLY adults, but given that it's for car enthusiasts, the youngest on the site would be 16..old enough to decide if they want to swear or not. And swearing has nothing to do with maturity.
What people actually SAY and how it's used (+ how often) DOES, but swearing in itself does not determine how mature someone is.

I don't think it had anything to do with this thread. Why shut the site down because a few people are crying? More likely a sponsor thing, which actually keeps the site going. Since the site does actually require some money to run. Or something from Vbulletin or Zoints.
