Engine Bay Seams

So no need for anything on top of the seam sealer? Just even it out and it's good to go? Is it solid enough to sand out for the final prep?

Yep. I'm wire wheeling all my seams and welding them. You really don't even have to weld them ( depending on the fit)

If the area you are gonna seam seal has bare metal, prime it first, let it dry, then scuff the area where you are gonna seam seal it. Use degreaser or thinner to smooth out the seam sealer. After the seam sealer is dry, paint it, and then youre done.
