I was going to order the Edlebrock manifold for my soon to be boosted integra. But with turbo and a 65mm port on the manifold what size TB should i match to it for best flow and everything? I was thinking if i got a 66mm Tb and just did some real minor milling around the port mouth to match it that would maybe be best? Or should i raise to a 68 or even 70 mil TB? Thanks All

Well, the way i have my build going right now i am going for a max whp of around 500, not any more than that. I am using a 61mm trim i think it is Garrett T2/T61 "Blowzilla" turbo

i would say somewhere between 67-70mm is the magic number depending on how high you rev you may want the Victor x, some say its better for boost than NA

Yea thats the one i was looking at. AC and Venom both want somewhere around 600 bucks for there turbo log manifolds and i cant do that with all the money already being spent.

It has a 65mm port, so i was going to get my TB and then port match it. Would u say it would be better to just go with a 70mm rather than a 68? Because that pretty much what i am stuck between and i didnt want to have one thats to big, but obviously to small also.

i think 70 you should be fine. Would you be port matching the entire thing or just the opening?

Maybe eventually the entire thing but for now just the port opening. So its smooth and not like the air is hitting a wall. I have to round off like 5mm out of the edlebrock to get it to 70.

Edlebrock sells a Tb in 70mm and its comes with a 1/2 in gasket and tps sensor that is already installed in the proper position for 300.

get a victorx with a 70mm tb and call it a day i making 619whp over 358tq with that setup previous setup with out the cams and smaller turbo(30r) made 486whp 300tq with a r manifold with stock tb(67mm)
