No lie, theres a local SRT4 owner around here who thought he'd try and .50 trim EBAY turbo. After takin the thing to a shop to have them check it out...he has since put down over 440whp and runs mid 11's

having it work once isnt a problem. its reliably over time. and just because one person has success with it doesnt mean its good. thats like saying well only 90% of people die from aids; "my buddy has it and he's lived for 10 years"! either way having aids sucks.either way you still dont want it. got me?

i got you but all the people i know with ebay kits are doing fine if they have a tune..and of course the mainfold will crack sooner or later but you get what you paid for..and for a $500 kit low 13's i think thats more than what people expect..

Well, anyone that is been in a boosted community online has heard this and it's the truth

Good, cheap, fast.....................pick two

good + cheap = isn't fast
fast + cheap = isn't good
good + fast = isn't cheap

Here is what the inside of those manifolds looks like. That's the angle they will never post on EBAY

Yeah I think Jason(that's your name right?) means reliable by "good."

Anyways, I could understand buying cheap visual parts from eBay; an ill fitting front lip or cheapo HID's like that other guy, but I DEFINITELY would never buy some cheap eBay shit that could, very possibly, cause catastrophic engine failure.

Just my :twocents:

agreed...anything that will mechanically destroy your car just isnt worth it. cosmetic faults from visual parts arent the end of the world, but when your manifold cracks from the heat (which a turbo kit will definitely generate alot of) because its a cheap chinese part thrown together simply to get a low-priced product to market..it's the end of your wallet.

Buying a turbo kit on ebay, is like having unprotected sex with a hooker.... fun while it's happening, but only going to end with bad results
