Like it says some times my e brake light stays on for a min when driving then goes away what could it be

This, mine leaks a little bit, when the light is flashing that means its sloshing around in the resovor. When it stays on its dangerously low, if you get air in the system your brakes will not work properly.

might also check the e brake engagment sensor...or whatever it's called 
Just pull up the back half of your center console, and see if the sensor down there is loose!

This... And check your brake lines for any leaks.
When this happened to me, I thought the e-brake switch was bad and that was causing the light to come on and off. Turns out my brake lines rusted quite a bit and after a few days of the light, they finally decided to completely fail. luckily it was a line to the rear brakes and I was able to make it home.
