Damn jon, back at it again...

so yesterday evening i drained the fuel tank and unplugging the top plugs, very messy job so far but slow progress is good progress i guess. The hangers on the straps have definitely seen better days.

Finally got the tank removed being a PITA without a lift, i had to cut 3 hose's (2 little ones) that were super dry rotted at the bottom of the neck filler which i will have to replaced...now time to wait for the tank to get here sometime next week to wreck my brain ever more putting everything back together.

still trying to source a complete 00-01 gas tank with EVAP solenoid valve sensor and fuel vent still intact...if anyone has any leads please lmk !!!

i honestly would buy new. A lot of them will be in poor condition.

couldn't get the 3rd hole open due to the screws being rusted to hell, along with the Evap system mount...new tank will have everything so just a matter of time (once i have a day off of work to pick the tank up an hour away) and patients
