crusie control is not working?

My cruise control is not working and i would like to use it again
but dont know why. possible that the wires are cut because it stop working
every since it was stolen. So what are other option why it may not be working?

look for cut stuff and blown fuses

how do i check for the fuses. i think i try it once but couldn't get the fuse out. seems like it was screw but im not sure.

yea check the fuse if no wires are cut....im not sure if its a regular fuse or one thats held in by screws

where is the fuses located at? i know there is one under the hood and one right next to the clutch. but i dont seem to find the one for the clutch.
