Definitely bagged.

I hope that control arm is not a stock, polished arm. It would most likely rust and not look so nice in a few months. Car doesnt look bad though. Would have been nice to see it with a front bumper though.

thats why i posted it, and if it does have bags it the best looking bagged integra i've seen, "must not all" look like a complete mess

I prefer cars to be super low but still drivable. Bagged cars are lies on wheels.

Doesn't matter, it's not like it's driveable at that height.
And you can even see what looks like an air line for the bags in the first pic.
