i had this happen to my accord at 25oo rpms. i changed the sparkplugs and it was fine. maybe your engine isnt gettin enough spark so it bogs. my friend also had accord and did this bcuz of a air leak on the intake manifold hose or around the intake manifold. try it out see how it works out. it worked out for me
