WTF the army lets you have access to the internet or your cell phone during boot? or did you already graduate boot?

i work in thornton.. in aurora living, and yes i am a female.. i know its rare to have a chick this into cars.. but hey thats how i was raised. and again been out of the loop, i ended up putting my ass in the ER friday night.. shitty time.
