clock and radio dead...

ok im not the best at electronics and im not the worst.....but i was working on my car yesterday and i took the factory radio out...didnt do anything wiring or splicing just took it out to see what i had to do for when i put an aftermarket one in....now the radiop is dead and so is my clock....does anyone have a pic of the under dash fuse assembly? or has ne one had this problem before and fixed it? any help would be great!!!!!

The first thing you should do to trouble shoot is pull out all your fuses under the dash and check them for continuity.

sounds like a blown fuse. i believe the radio is a 15a fuse

ya it was a fuse...i had to do sum searching but it was a 7.5 amp fuse.....and what took so long is that it is not under the dash, t is under the hood and it is not labeled radio, its labeled back-up

yea, it's shared by dash lights, and some other things.

that fuse under the hood controls your memory wire, the one under the dash is ACC and is clock, ac lights and radio, or atleast thats what happen in my 99 GSR
