Civic Tein Springs on Integra HELP

Yea for lowering springs they do a pretty dang good job, I can't fit two fingers underneath my front mudflaps, and that's after they've been scraped down a half inch easily. Not too hard to install, goes pretty quick if you do it right :thumbs up

I kinda want to try to install them myself but im worried ill screw up lol. Don want something going wrong in my suspension while driving lol

I did it by myself. And ended up shooting the oem springs into a box. It's very easy but woulda been easier if I'd had power tools. 1/2 ratchet ftw

I have a spring compressor. So this is do-able for a 16 year old whos done brake work, suspension work, and other small things with assistance?
