anyone know if a '95 civic manual steering rack will fit a '95 teg?

Yes, it shoud fit but check the part numbers first to be sure

thanks for the reply, when you say check part numbers you mean between the civic rack and teg racks? the reason i ask i can't find any manual racks for a teg, so i was just going to buy a civic rack for the same year

The part number will be different as the 3rd gen tegs did not come with a manual steering rack in any trim.
but to answer your question, YES IT WILL FIT
