no its not, that entire thing is part of the stage 2 w/ toys kit. (and stage 3 with toys)
the blue botton is intercooler sprayer, the numbers are the boost controller, and the red button is for "high octane fuel, which will let the computer know there isnt pump gas in there.

You can order tthe stage thru the dealer thou

um..ive havent run it since all the mods have been installed and actually running right,
When I 1st put the stage 2 on there was a problem with the ECU, it wouldnt hold about 14psi, id spike 15, hold 13 and drop to 11..I looked for boost leaks and did everything. I sent it back and they reprogrammed it and its fine now

But, with stock exhaust, 1/2 workin ecu @11 psi, I cut a 13.6@101

no, nothing is OEM bout that Bezel, where the ic sprayer, boost controller and red switch is, is an storage compartment when you buy the car, that bezel comes with the kit

i never really saw the stage kits in those option books but they were kinda mentioned, but if you asked, they'd do it and just add it on like any other option, but i dont know of anyone or reading about anyone who did it

i love them, there's nothing soft bout the s-techs, the rears are very nice but since im on stock struts still in the front, sometimes the ride can be harsh
