Center Console Possible Swaps

Well i'm not happy with my second gen's center console. There isn't an arm rest and it has no cup holders.

Anyone know of any other Honda's that have a center console that will swap rather easily into a second gen? (With a five speed.) I would prefer customizing/making one to be the last resort.

Personally I love the consol of the Integra.. I guess thats because I have cup holders though :p
Here is a link to a thread I made a while back, this project really is not hard, takes about 2 hours to make.

Where could I get one? Did they come in specific cars? I don't really know about this JDM what not.

And sylvaner01, on like six different occasions I have no been able to load the pictures. Ever since I got firefox with dialup, nothing ever works right lol.

I'll try to load them again..

JDM center console will take a little extra work. Either hacking it to hell, or getting Canadian seat belts.

Maybe an older Accord or CRX could work. We aren't as fortunate as the EF civics which just slap in a DC armrest and it looks perfect.

I think if I could find a manual accord center console it would fit. It's basically the same thing as the Integra's except it has pop out cup holders like the third gens.

If your on dial up i dont think you will beable to load those pics, their like 2500x2000 resolution.

I picked up mine from a guy on a local forum for $40. You can still get it new for like $95 from Hondapartsunlimited.com

Good find, might have to pick one of those up

Also 90-91s don't the holes for the armrest, you will have to make your own.

A friend of mine used an 88 Crx center console in his DA Integra with minimal modification.

Ominous, let me know how that CRX one fits if you get a chance. I think it would be one of the easiest to obtain.

Damn...they had other old OEM shit that was on their site in stock....that sucks. Hope the rear sun visor is still in stock...
