idle is good when I first start and car drives good. But when I stop at red lights or a stop sign the RPMs kust keep dropping and the car will die eventually unless I keep tapping the gas and then the idle will be normal.

I was thinking of cleaning my thottle body and IACV what do you guys think?

You bought a new MAP sensor before pulling the code? Good one.
The CEL wasn't on at the time, the idle was just poor. I have been reading for days and on most people's integra the MAP sensor was just bad so i just replaced it. But it didn't fix it so im going to pull codes tommorow.

drive it until it throws a CEL again...

it could be a number of things causing this issue...Eliminating the codes before buying random parts is a good start.

I drove for 2 hours nothing came up, I also found a vacuum leak from the TB thats supposed to go to the charcoal canister but the part on the charcoal canister is broken. Should i go buy a charcoal canister or just stop the leak because the hose is fine i put a bolt in it already and still idle is poor/stall

That wont be the cause of your poor idle/stall.

You need to check for:
other Vac leaks (hoses or improper seals between TB and IM/IM to head)
Check compression
Check valve lash
Check spark plugs: When were they last changed?
Check coolant levels (bleed system after opening)

And you really need those codes so you can address those problems...I suggest pulling the neg cable off the battery to reset the ecu and see if it will throw again.

Coolant levels are good.
Just had valve job done and entire head rebuilt.
I will check spark plugs right now

Where should i buy spark plugs? What brand more specifically, can i just go to Autozone?
They were last changed unknown date.. They still have the same spark plugs from when the car sat for a year.....I feel special :(
Also whoever owned the car before the exhaust and muffler are like beaten up also.
Is it normal to hear a weird noise coming from the dizzy?
This car is so close to being complete and only needs this idle fixed so I can drive back to Texas.
