Its not the liquid that's leaving the swirls, its the way your washing your car. The rag you are using probably had dirt in it and that's whats making the swirl marks.

Or the fact that im sure your car has never been detailed before.

You need to use a swirl remover to get rid of those.

They are produced from bad washing techniques. To help prevent future swirls from coming up use the two bucket method when washing your car.

Have one bucket filled with water, while the other bucket have the soapy water in it. Wash a panel at a time when you are done dump the wash mitt in the water to remove any loose dirt in the mitt then dump it back in your soapy bucket. Repeat steps above.

Jordans right, its the technique and products used, not whether its sunny or not. It helps when the car is not scalding hot to the point where all of the water evaporates before you rinse it off, but you can usually manage by going with small sections on hot days.

I use a microfiber wash mitt, and usually just some turtlewax wash. I always rinse off my mitt after putting it on the car, to prevent as much of the dirt it picks up from being deposited in the bucket (which will in turn get back on the car). Also, depending on how dirty my car, I may empty out my bucket and refill it to have clean water part way through. I also do not move my mitt in circles. I move my mitt in the direction air would pass over it, starting from the roof to the side skirts.

The only thing you can do when washing your car is minimize the scratches, because its inevitable. Good practices will go a long ways for keeping your paint looking nice. Do some searching, theres quite a few websites dedicated to detailing and show things you can do to preserve your finish.

theres your problem lol. wash it in the shade
I wash mine in the sun -- Except I spray it down with water, then clean with water + turtle wax soap one panel at a time, move on to the next one, and if you keep the car wet while you're doing the rest I find I don't get any of that crap. Nice little mist as you continue on to other panels just to keep it from drying up too quick.. after I'm done I bust out 2 or 3 towels and dry it up nice nice.

bring it in the garage after that, let it cool down a bit and bust the wax + buffer out. no mess!
