well if the light is on. there is a 2 prong plug on the passenger side floor board area, take a paper clip stick it in there and watch the led light on the ecu and see how many times it blinks.. a long blink is 10 and the short blinks are 1.. so if it blinks one long one and 3 short ones its a code 13.. got it....

Tried to pull a code last night. Didn't get anything. Check engine light never flashed. I hope the car doesn't have to be running to get a code. I wouldn't think it would need to be.

Already did. It was blown when we first tried to start it. It's still good. The ECU beeps, and all the lights come on when you turn the key.

my brother had a similar problem like this with his civic it would crank but it would never start and it turned out to be his timing belt jumped a couple of teeth, so i dont know if you want to try and change it and see if it works or not good luck though

Why would that cause it to not spark? It doesn't spark at all. On any cylinder. I've cranked it for 20 seconds straight and not one spark.

Not yet. Nobody around here has a integra. And i can't go buy a new ICM and it not be the problem. I've already replaced my coil. About 80% sure it was still good. I've tried to find somebody in missouri that would let me barrow one, or had a extra.

replace your ICM. i was stumped too a few days ago when my car wouldnt start. I took the ICM and coil into autozone and both tested good, I was getting 12v at the dizzy where I should have been getting voltage, but still not start (car cranked fine). I replaced the coil with a known good coil and car fired right up. just because it tested good at autozone doesnt mean its really good. if you know somebody with a known good dizzy, just replace the whole thing and see if thats really where your problem lies.

Update...

Replaced the ICM. Still nothing. I've ran out of ideas at this point and am very frustrated.

Things i have replaced:

--Rotor
--ICM
--Coil

I replaced a blown 10amp fuse for the ECU when i first tried to start it after replacing the head. All the fuses are still good.

All other fuses are good. I have 12v at the dizzy. My volt meter says this, and my hand says so, i've shocked my self on it lol. I've done all the testing the honda repair manual says, and even did a advance testing guide i found on TI. Both tests passed.

I have one question tho. When i put my head on, i couldn't find the idle control sensor plug that plugs into the intake manifold. On the underside and is a real pain to get too. My friend and i looked and looked but couldn't find it. We figured we'd make sure it ran and then find it later.

Could that be the problem? I wouldn't thing it would have any thing to do with it not getting spark.

Still don't have this thing running. Getting really frustrated. I was going to take it to a acura dealer tomorrow but can't get a car dolly in time.

Today i tried to get a code off the ECU. I discovered that i had been jumping the wrong wires. I was jumping the 3 pin connector. So i jumped the correct wires and it still wont give me a code.

I unplugged the fuel injection relay and the the dizzy harnesses and it still wouldn't give me anything. I wonder if the light even does anything.

Is there a way to test the TDC, or CPS? I'm wondering if it's not one of those. Since the top of the dizzy is brand new and has voltage.
