Can I use a Bi-Xenon HID kit on my '91 Integra LS

You won't need to buy four hid kits. Just two. Kits come with two ballast and two bulbs. You'll spend anywhere from $90 to $200 depending on what brand you buy.

55w 8000k was all I needed, it was better then stock halogen but nothing compared to my lights now. I think in my build thread I have a picture of 8000k bulb in one light and 6000k in the other to show the color difference
What are these options for?

HID Harness
Error Eliminator
Adaptor cables

Nemesis can answer that better than I can;but, to my knowledge all you need is the kit (ballast and bulbs) the other stuff is unnecessary add ons that are not needed, or at lease not for a third gen integra

I don't believe you would need that stuff
Error eliminator is for a flicker problem that some headlights have I think
adaptor is if your bulb is a d2s, yours aren't so don't have to worry abut that
Hid harness is if your headlight socket plug can't give enough power to the ballast so the harness hooks up the the plug and battery

I could be mistaken

Sounds good, I went with none slim at first and recommend slim just for tucking reasons, non slim was a bitch to work with.

6000k with 55w ballast is pure white
8000k with the same ballast is blue tint, not bluefish, but not too muchblue

The only thing is I hope that 8000k isn't blue enough it would cause an issue with the police. an 8000k kit inside a proper projector housing isn't illegal in my home state of new york, but i'm concerned if I did get pulled over that they would claim the blue is meant for emergency responders or something like that. But I'll look into that.

I have a 3rd gen and I need to buy a hid harness. My right headlamp flickers when it's warmed up. The harness is for flicker and the error eliminator is for initial startup I'm pretty sure.

My mistake, I have never had a flicker issue before though

They aren't real hid projectors though so light is still being scattered poorly without a proper cutoff

The blue I had never once was an issue for me with stock proctors. And I have been pulled over for various reasons at night and headlights were never the reason, they even passed me without issu most of the time. Though I am in SoCal

My projectors need to be rotated but that is the hid cutoff for the most part, just more leveled line though, no flare like mine

Light is being cut off so it doesn't hit people's eyes
