Cam seal questions!

Hey club integra fellas... Soo im ready to replace my cam seal... I bought it already but I was told by a buddy that I have to remove the valve cover bolts a certain way? DO you guys know the sequence? Also he told me when putting it back together that I bolt them up in the same sequence and then torque to 11 pounds. Can anyone verify this? I dont want to strip or break any of my valve cover bolts. THanks soo much

im not so sure on the whole valve cover thing...i know a head has a sequence you should follow..

he may have been talking about the cam cap bolts. tehyre 7 lbs though. id also suggest changing the timing belt while your in there if its got alotta miles on it

there are threads that will tell the order to break the bolts & torque em down to 7.2/11 ft lbs, etc....the manuals also a good investment. but there are good threads that show in detail all that needs to be done...g/l bro

7.5 ft lbs middle out .. this will help spoonertuner.com
