you can boost either, you can get new pistons and lower the comp in both
the only reason people say its not good to boost a car with high comp is being there is less room for error in tuning the car cause much more can go wrong with a higher comp ratio but talk to your tuner and see what he or she feels comfortable with doing, my friends with a wrx, talked to his tuner and now he is doing a 14.1 comp ratio

thanks i think i am going to hold on for awhile for the turbo and just get the c1 then beef it up then save and get the turbo piece by piece

If youre gonna boost, build. Id go with like 7.8:1-9.0:1 comp. myself. Then you can boost the hell out of it. And if youre gonna do boost, why spend the money on the C5?
