Lower is better, but I've seen a grip of boosted Type Rs.

C5 some people say compression is too high
C1 why not but if you blow it up more money than an LS would be.

You can boost either or like Matt has said.

I would think that the C1 is better just because of its pricing, as Winki mentioned. But people still boost their C5s and make great amount of power. It all depends on how you're going to do it really.

If you're going to boost, don't cheap out. That's all there is to it.
